So behind on photos, but wanted to post a few pix of fall before we got past Christmas already!
We had a LOVELY trip to Texas to see James' family. Stayed with James' parents in DeSoto, Texas. They were wonderful hosts--the kids had comfy beds, yummy food, and lots of toys and books to entertain them while there. The airplane rides were, thankfully, uneventful. The kids did really well--new books and lots of treats helped keep them happy. Their aunts and uncles are terrific; the kids enjoyed every moment with them. James and I are sad we can't see all our siblings more often. It's tough to have one family set in Minnesota and one in Texas, especially now that we'll have a little nephew soon in Texas! They grow too fast, and we feel that we'll miss all those little moments. We're going to try to figure out Skype soon! (Our computer is rejecting it right now...)

Halloween was, again, so much fun. It's really such an adorable holiday with little ones. The kids chose their costumes this year, so I couldn't coordinate three that "worked" together, but I loved the ones they chose (I did limit choice a bit...). Our dear friends, Anna and Wade, brought their daughter Talia over for trick-or-treating. Lots of fun!
Now we're in the throes of the Christmas season and enjoying every minute. Planning to post pix in January.
